Coffee for staff: a thank-you for a strong term

Providing quality education every day demands energy, resilience, and a willingness to adapt, and the Lotus High staff have demonstrated all three in abundance. To say thank you for a strong and demanding term, we hosted a coffee morning in partnership with Jo Coffee, giving teachers and support staff a chance to pause, connect, and feel appreciated. Moments like these may seem small, but they help build a culture where staff well-being is taken seriously and where gratitude is expressed openly. We remain deeply thankful for every member of our team who goes the extra mile for learners.
